Compass Insurance Brokers established at Orewa Beach, in 1990 and operating NZ wide.

Our Staff

Ray: entered the insurance field in 1976 as life insurance field representative and established a fire & general brokerage.  Then, to gain more knowledge in this field, was appointed Area Resident Inspector for a leading insurance company.  Promoted to Senior Sales Supervisor in charge of a sales team in Auckland.  Ray re-established a brokerage in 1990, with further in-depth knowledge of insurance company methods and requirements.

Dawn: joined the Team in 1999, and holds the position of Broker Support.  Dawn has  in-depth knowledge of Domestic Contracts and Commercial requirements.
